Shipping Information.

How long will delivery take?

I usually post items on a Monday as my village Post Office is open on Mondays only. However, if you are in a hurry, please let me know and I will try to speed things up! I usually use Royal Mail and in general, small items like cups are sent first class and large boxes second class.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. I post worldwide. I’ve tried to include a lot of countries in my shipping/postage area but if the country you are looking for is not there, please let me know and I will add it to the list.

Can I combine orders?

Yes. If you have placed an order, and soon decide you would like something else as well, please let me know as I may still be able to combine the orders and refund the excess postage.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes. If you are local or on holiday in Cornwall/Devon, enter the code COLLECT at the checkout and you won’t have to pay any postage costs. Then send me a message to find out where I am based (near Bude, North Cornwall) and arrange collection.

Frequently Asked Questions.

Do you accept commissions?

No I’m sorry, I’m taking a break from private commissions at the moment to concentrate on developing new work.

Which restaurants have you worked with?

I have developed pottery for lots of restaurants including Coombshead Farm,  The Clove Club, Luca, Casa Fofo, The Typing Room, Inver, Alchemilla, Nancarrow Farm, Merchants Manor, Temple, Porte 12, The Lord Clyde and Kol.

I am a chef/restaurant - Please can you make my pottery?

Sorry, not at the moment. I am fully booked until 2022.

Are your pieces dishwasher safe?

Yes, I wash most of my pottery in a dishwasher, however some wood-fired items - those with unglazed surfaces especially - do need extra care and I would recommend hand washing these items. All wooden items must be hand washed too.

How do I find out about new stock?

The best thing to do is to sign up to my newsletter at the bottom of this page. I will then send you a quick email when I make significant updates to my website.

Who makes your wooden items?

My husband Andrew Wightman. He’s also the in-house kintsugi master!

Where are you based?

On the Cornwall/Devon border. I live near Bude in North Cornwall and my workshop is at Kigbeare Studios & Gallery, near Okehampton.

Can I come and visit you?

Yes, Kigbeare Studios & Gallery is probably the best place to visit, as the gallery is open most days and sells work by several artists and makers. Alternatively I also have a small storeroom next to my home near Bude, which it is possible to visit by appointment.

Do you teach classes?

Yes, I teach throwing and hand-building at Kigbeare Studios & Gallery. You can book on my classes page. I also teach a regular kid’s club.

How do I contact you?

Email is the best way to contact me. I will do my best to get back to you ASAP, although I am often in my pottery, so it may be a day or two before you get a response. hello@rebeccaproctor.co.uk

Do you have press images available?
