The home of my good friends Sophie and Wim Peers was recently featured in Perfect English Farmhouse by Ros Byam Shaw. The book celebrates the characteristic style and fascinating history of classic farmhouses and is divided into chapters including Organic, Traditional, Farm Fresh and No Frills.

Sophie & Wim's house leads the Organic chapter and the photos highlight the wonderful lifestyle that they lead - eggs fresh from the chickens, wild flowers picked from the garden, children running around freely and always a welcoming chair at the table. This is a very happy home to visit.
